At one time, paper was made from cloth. We visit this antique water-driven, paper hammer-mill that still is in use! Our guests make authentic Napoletana Pizza on our Amalfi Coast Vacation Weeks! Guests become friends and family quickly on our vacations. It's not all serious during our cooking classes on the Amalfi Coast- It's fun, fun, fun! Everyone is always happy and ready to learn to cook some great Italian recipes at our cooking classes here in Amalfi. There are many spectacular views along the Amalfi Coast, including this natural arch near a secluded beach. Local entertainment treat our guests to some classic Italian songs outdoor on the terrace at the Villa Eremo in Amalfi. We never take ourselves seriously. We are always playing around and laughing. You can see the spectacular view. Villa Rufalo is a magnificent home in Ravello, Italy. Its origins are from the 1200's as it was home to nobility.
